Felt good and strong today so I cut it off there. Really happy were my strength is after all the time off, I guess it does help every now and then to have a little R&R even if it's not by choice.

First day back in a shirt, just wanted to try it and see how the weight would feel and it felt fairly easy. Next week I will take deload week and the following will start my 3 week cycles. All shirted was done 2 board.

Cut it short today to save my strength for next weeks squat competition. Went to a Raw Power competition today which consists of a Body Building show, Strong man competition, and a MMA fight that was held by Prince Nasser of Bahrain. I meet him "really nice guy" and we talked for a while and we will be coming together soon to host the first ever Power lifting meet here in Bahrain. Will post updates as planning progress.

NSA Bahrain Base Squat Competition results.
Opener 550 good. Second 585 good. Third 600 good.
Felt really crappy today, just so happen I caught a bad cold 2 days ago and still feeling it. Planned on going up to 700 but was not feeling it at all.
