Taking it easy right now with my squat and deadlift, lower back is not feeling to good going to give it some time to rest. Looking forward to jumping back into it, in about 3 mths there will be a Powerlifting meet here at NSA Bahrain, will post updates.
Called it a day and went for a short walk. About to start cranking it back up and get back in meet mode. I will have my equipment here in less than 2 weeks, can't wait.

I received my APEX bench shirt today from APT and a few other goodies to try out. My gym equipment just arrived yesterday so I'm looking forward to setting up my garage. Will post videos soon of the results of the APEX. Thanks APT for your support.

First day back after a long back injury. Weight moved fairly easy today, I'm anxious to see how my back feels after the squat and deadlift.

Hey Steve, thanks for the kind words. The back is feeling much better, not 100% yet but I'm sure you know how it is not wanting to stay away from the gym that long so I had to come on back.
I see you doing big things, congrats on the numbers and your goals that is very impressive. Keep us posted on your journey to that 1000lbs squat, I plan on being right behind you, lol. Take care Steve.

I hear ya. I cant stay away even if I had an injury. But you are very smart taking it easy. I do really hope to see you hit that magic 1000. I want to do it in my single ply and hopefully around 250-260. I have watched your squats and I can tell you have it in you. Take care hope to see some good vids of you soon.
