APT Convict Single Ply Sleeves

I just purchased 3x size APT convict knee sleeves. My calves are 18" and I have fairly big legs. Will these sleeves fit me well. I tried EFS sleeves for my weight class at XL but I couldn't get them over my calves at all. Can anyone tell me if I purchased the correct APT sleeves at a pair of 3x?
