Meet starts at 9 AM, Weigh-ins Friday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Sanctioned by the American Powerlifting Association. You must be a member to be eligible.
If you are not a member yet you may purchase an APA membership card at the meet ($30 yr adult or $15 high school student). Membership required to compete.

There is only one month before the 2010 APA Benchpress Nationals......This is shaping up to be a huge meet. If you are planning to attend, please remember, we'll only be excepting entries until the end on weigh-ins on friday Jan. 8......No entries excepted the morning of the meet.
