This was a good day gettingstarted back into heavy lifting after lighter and higher reps. This is the start of my training for 1000 pound squat in a singl;e ply suit and no briefs and around 250-260. I think it will be an accomplishment in a few more good months. This squat day was 252 pounds bodyweight(6' tall)
