whats going on with apt?????

i ordered a custom wieght lifting belt on march 15, 2011 and it is now april 20 ..... whats going on over there .. i cant contact anyone ... how f-ing anoying.....this my first time ordering from apt ... i have never expirience anything like this in all of my online shopping .... its shameful .... five weeks and no f-ing customer service.......the contact apt page is a joke!!!!!!!!!! everytime i look at that page i want to vomit..... if anyone can help me contact apt would be extremely helpful
