My APT Belt split after 3 workouts

Today was my 3rd time using my new APT belt and I noticed that started to split in the top of. It looks like the glue that hold the layers together came off or something. Its about an inch tear. The stitching is fine just that section started to come apart. I just would hate for the whole top to split like that. Should I return it or would it be fine? here are some pics I took but they are blurry do to my crappy camera.
