Welcome to the latest edition of Beineke Strength & Conditioning Journal. In this edition the players will be performing a max effort lower body workout. This edition also features the three newest clients to the Beineke S&C studio, FB Robert Chaisson, DT Bill Edwards, and WR Rusty Eaton all from the Tricity Charge football program.

This edition features a variety of lower body exercises such as dumbbell split snatches, box squats, suspended chain single leg squats with front foot elevated, cambered bar block walk, floor press leg raises, and more.
