Hi, I'm curently trying to train in the westside style for bench i printed a copy of Louie's program but i wanted to make sure i was doing it correctly because I would hate to wate my time pretending i'm doing something that is being done wrong.
so ill post my last speed day and Max Effort to see if anyone can correct me and give me some tips
