Just getting in on the action here. From Ohio, OIF Veteran, and currently the Army is paying me to go to school to become an officer.
Had always been into lifting more for recreation and health or sometimes not lifting at all, but as I get older, I am more consistent at the gym and have better defined goals. Got to keep that Military fitness too.
Always looking to get stronger. Just started trying out the 5/3/1 method. Has worked pretty well so far. Never was really into the heavy lifting for low reps, but hit 250 for the first time in my life in October. Pumped about that and hoping for about 260 in November.
